Let me know by PM if you need a longer BT-70 body tube and send me your address. I'll ship one right out to you.

I'm really sorry for the inconvienience guys.

BTW the rest of the parts came in so I should be able to start shipping kits next week!

Cripes, looks like I got a short one. I swear, all these "check this/I goofed" posts are obviously just a clever ploy to get me to keep digging out the box, unpacking the parts, and trying to lure me into building this. C'mon Sandman, you know I need to let your stuff age a good 6 months or so before I start to work on it...

Another step completed. Now for the fins. Then the sustainer. It's slow going but worth it!

2 fins attached. 2 to go. Using a Dremel & press, I drilled holes 1/2" along each booster tube and fin root for added strength. I hope to have the booster done in a couple of days, then finally start on the sustainer.

Thanks pantherjon.....I sanded with #600, then filled with a balsa filler, then sanded again. I used 2x of Kilz primer, then finished with 2x of Rust-Oleum gloss enamel. Actually, most of the effort was in the sanding.
