I never did get Lonnie's Black Brant kit.

I have one that I probably won't get around to building. Send me a DM if you are interested and we will see if we can make a deal.

My Viking II and Viking IV had decals so I figured the III did as well (not the MK kits).

I'm finishing up an FSI Dart that I built maybe 30 years ago. Printed new decals because I'm afraid the originals might fall apart. In the process, I decided to make some decals for a Viking III clone. Viking ship at top of model and Viking shield at bottom.....

Fly that FSI Dart properly on a F100-0 with fins glued on staged to a D20-7

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, TURMOIL, FIASCOS, and HAVOC !

I used these decals for my FSI Dart clone. It flew once.
Once.

LOL! That’s how I flew my first one!

Had so many FSI motors Cato on me. Flew it using the Mach 1 thruster kit (basically a F100-0 with fins and a coupler glued to it with the D20 sustainer). Got about 30 feet in the air and BOOM! Another Cato but the sustainer carried on. Went to pick up what was left of the booster. What’s this? No blown motor casing? That’s when I realized that the boom was a sonic boom! The sustainer (the actual model rocket) drifted off, even on streamer, never to be recovered.

With that said, I do have an F100-0 in the motor stash……

Me too! Except I got mine back. Had to walk quite a distance, maybe a mile or so.

Actually, that perfectly describes the flight of my FSI Echo 1 on the same day. I think it was a C11-0/C11-7 load. The C11-0 detonated, but ignited the C11-7, which completed the flight with only light scorching. There's also a photo of the mangled remains of the Dart recovering via the shredded streamer after being blown 250' high by the CATO.
