Found this book while searching for other rocketry related stuff.

Anybody ever seen it?
Anybody ever read it?
Anybody know the author?
Anybody even care?

Published in 1979.

Ditto to Gordy's post. Just got a copy 4-5 months ago off ebay. Peppered with late 70s Estes kits and photos. Fairly straightforward in content and seems to be largely directed at beginners, but not a 'bad' book as these things go.
