Mostly balsa block rocket-like thing.....maybe for power with a CO2 drink cartridge?

I'll have to check the Comanche newspapers in the late 50's through the late 60's for this manufacturer.

If I am reading the instructions right you could launch it with a hand launcher (looks like it is missing) or on a string w/ co2 power.

Also it says you can launch it up a kite string ... just make sure there is enough string out so you don't go through the kite
