Pretty sure those have been around a while.
Now the Single Use BP E and F engines they announced more than TWO YEARS back, we still do NOT have. Seems those are destined to VAPORWARE just like their 4-year "coming soon" 18mm D.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, TURMOIL, FIASCOS, and HAVOC !

Yes. They are in the new catalog. In fact, the Aerospace One is on the cover of the new catalog.

These were announced some time back when the new catalog was released. I "think" they mailed a copy to anyone that had ordered from their website. The first model was on the cover. They also have a couple more of the larger models still in the pipeline and suppose to become available soon. The Quad Runner ( 4 engine cluster ) and the Minotaur cool looking space program heavy lifter.

Invective aside, has Bill made any comments as to the reason for the delay or any useful guidance as to future trends? Maybe we could limit ourselves to what he said at NARAM to keep the news recent.

Have not heard anything lately on the E and F. Know they keep coming out with LOW thrust D5 and D8 motors that to my knowledge nobody is clamoring for.
Give us high thrust or high impulse or BOTH. Keep the price in line with AP reloads and they WILL sell.
A lower thrust, higher cost than a D12, non-standard diameter D fills no real need I know of.

The last news I could find on the BP SU E12 and F12 is that some were allowed to test fly them back in June of 2009 and were awaiting EX numbers in August 2009 (a full YEAR ago).
I know things can move slowly, but that is ridiculous. At that rate, hand-press them HERE and avoid all the import/export crap. I could be wrong (would not be the first and won't be the last time) but the lack of any credible recent news leans more toward a case of VAPORWARE than anything else.
I'm hoping they do arrive, but my hopes are quickly spiraling DOWN.
Ideally, I'd like new BP motors to come out as often as Semroc brings out new KITS.

I browsed a number of hobby shops on my way to and back from NARAM. I have seen all four of these kits in person in a few of the shops in addition to at NARAM - these kits are available for purchase. I bought one Planet Probe for grins and not understanding why the Aerospace One cost about twice the SHX Stilleto for what seemed to be a very similar kit (Quest did not have built display models at their tent on the field), picked up several Stilletos instead of one of each because I have different paint schemes in mind. The Full Betty did not tickle my fancy at the moment.

At one shop in suburban Phoenix, I was talking with the owner and he mentioned the new Quest mid-power line. I told him that I was aware of them, but had never seen one. So he brought out a Big Dog, said he had been curious about it and will open one up and would I like to take a look. Of course I would! The materials were of excellent quality, but we were both very surprised that the fins were not through-the-wall for a rocket meant to fly on E and F motors. The owner and I began trading ideas on attaching fins until I had to hit the road again.

I have the catalog, so I knew they were in there. I just didn't remember them actually being available on the website. Guess I'm getting old.......,

Tom,

Those 4 kits were just added to the website last week, just before their "Back to School Sale". I saw them at our local hobby shop this past weekend as well.

Yep, I've had all four of the kits in my store, sold them and have ordered them in again!
