Exclamation BARCLONE Model Photos

This first image is primarily for Carl@Semroc, as I promised him quite some time ago I'd send him a photo of the Lil Battle Axe when I completed the construction. I had been looking for a better camera to use, but I'm having to stick with this cheap piece of something else right now.

The model is nekkid, but complete construction-wise.

Lil Battle Axe is the minimal 18mm model with the axe-blade fins. I wanted Carl to see how they turned out on the model.

It actually looks better "in the flesh" (obligatory TPF reference there...) than it does on the plan sheet. This model is built with SEMROC components.

Hope the image is clear enough...

It will get its underware this week. I'm still trying to decide what sort of suit & tie to squeeze it into, however...

Flight testing will probably be after the 4th...

Exclamation New Image -- Hawk

I don't know if some of these have already been posted anywhere before, but I'm going to show off a few other BARCLONEs here...

This is the Hawk, a two-stage design that draws a little from the Quest Gamma Ray, the Centuri MicroProbe, and the BARCLONE Cosmic Ray. Note the use of the SEMROC HTC-7B outside coupler...
