so when I left Saturday afternoon Tim was either leading or close to having the lead(never thought I would hear one of His flights being described as underpowered ). so who took home the trophy? thanks,

I think it was posted on FB, but the Sabrina & Kelly team won as the contest was nearly over, Sunday afternoon. After probably 30 flight attempts, they landed less than a foot away, and the ejection charge popped just as it hit the water, with the NC landing on the platform! A photo finish if I ever saw one.

Sure, it could be judged on volume of beer/cider lofted, altitude, and how much (little) actually makes it back to the pad during the recovery hike.
Oh wait, problem there with Bong being state land and all.
