This is off a built model. The launch lug is a standard 1/8" lug 1.250" long. The bottom conduit is 3.5" long and the top conduit is 4.125" long. The conduits are .125 wide and are half round with the tops being rounded and the bottoms square at about a 30 degree angle. You can probably find some Evergreen or Plasticstrut half round to make them out of.

I know the BT-60 on the #1978 Estes Gemini Titan is the same length as the BT-60 in the earlier Titan II kit. I have both built, but are in my storage unit.
I'm 95% sure they both used a standard full-length 18" long BT-60. The plans on JimZ's site do not show the part number in the #1978 instructions. That one was kitted during the phase where Estes Dumb-AZZEDly did not list part numbers in their instructions. JimZ's site DOES however show part numbers for the Titan II which I'm 100% sure uses the same tube. My phone will not open .tif files and my laptop is down.
