Default Yuri's Day

Today is Yuri's Day.

56 years ago, man orbited the planet for the first time.

So go launch something Russian. Or better yet, build something Russian.

Yeah and Apollo 13 launched April 11, 1970.
That was an exciting time.

Today is also the anniversary of the first shuttle flight in 1981, Young and Crippen.

It REALLY is hard to believe that has now been 36 years ago and six Presidents later.

Default Night, not Day

I'm surrounded by Russians.

It is Yuri's Night, not Yuri's Day.

Thanks Fred,

I'll keep that in mind for next year.

Next up: Big Al's Cinco de Mayo. Lots of Mexican Beer and Mercury-Redstones!

I'd rather build/fly something designed to DESTROY something Russian such as the Nike-Ajax, Nike-Hercules, Nike-Zeus, F-15, or B-58.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !
