In my activities as a reviewer of products related to electric powered R/C airplanes I have found some folks at Hobbico very approachable and easy to work with, some not so much. Hobbico/Great Planes does maintain an occasional presence on RC Groups (where I spend lots of time) but not to the degree folks from Horizon do.

It's gonna be interesting to see what happens next, that's for sure.
