That's a nice little fish. Down here in Texas we usually throw them back to grow some more or use them for bait.

Agree that very fine brew comes from Shiner.
Texas also produces by far the best Vodka in the world; Tito's.

Shiner Black Lager is one of my favorite brews but is only sporadically available out here on the Left Coast.

Might have to move back To Tejas...
