That's the same basic arrangement as in all the Semroc RTBs - ST-7 motor mount in an ST-9 tube which is inside an ST-10 tube for some portion of the length.

I've built several of those RTBs (and stashed some that I haven't built). I have currently flyable examples of the Aphelion, Mini Hustler and Mini Aero Dart. I don't think I ever availed myself of the Skyhook II.

I've thought of using a Panavia as a parts donor to make an Aphelion that size....

These are nice little kits. I like the ST-9/10 arrangement for TTW fins.

I may have to pull out the Cherokee-C and start it.

I was very impressed by the Semroc RTB kits.
Strong ST-10 tubes, the interior insulator tube, thru the wall fins, fin alignment tool included and some classic designs.

I have two more, the Cherokee-C, and the Mini Omega. Great design. If I didn’t have so many kits already, I’d buy a few more of the ones still available.
