Mohammed VI-A in orbit! (links)
Hello All,
A solid propellant Vega launch vehicle has orbited a French-made Moroccan reconnaissance satellite called Mohammed VI-A, from ESA's equatorial Kourou launch site (see: https://spaceflightnow.com/2017/11/...rd-vega-rocket/ and [video] http://www.youtube.com/results?sear...atellite+launch ). Several humorously piquant--or piquantly humorous, as the case may be--comments suggest themselves (based on the satellite's unusual name, which I had thought was considered improper--in certain circles--to apply to anything or any creature, other than a human being), but in the interests of goodwill and mutual understanding and tolerance, I shall leave them unexpressed.
