No, my name is Brian. That's where the 'Brain' comes from.
This new design is the Sapringer MDS (Multiple Delivery System), designed to carry three smaller missiles to their own targets as well as its own. Kit-wise, I suppose one could arrange to have these three small rockets deploy and tumble-recover - not my fave method, but if this one is designed for low altitudes (for the show) and with the right size in mind it might be fun!

Gotcha, I was just goofing. There was a movie in the 80's called 'Escape From New York' and there was a character in the movie who was called 'Brain'. Turns out his real name was Harold Hellman. Every time I see a new post in this thread it totally reminds me of that movie.
Ok, carry on! Great designs! Keep them coming!

Oh, that's right! Harry Dean Stanton! Should have remembered that - it's one of my favorite movies! And thanks for your positive remarks.

When I see "Brain" I have to make myself type Brain, instead of Brian. And no I'm not dyslexic, just the way my brain works. Randy www.vernarockets.com |

Late For The Sky
I was at work the other day and ran across this case of items from a line called 'Late For The Sky' and I thought it was a pretty neat name for a rocket - and I had one I was working on that needed a name. So, here goes...
