Wink

Thank you Chris for the links Great help and I am surprised I had not seen them on your blog as I have spent a lot of time there over the years.

tbzep - That rocket is Stellar, wow what a show piece and the decals are so crisp.. I use to build model semis and purchased a lot of aftermarket decals that were not as sharp as yours. The lines would be fuzzy.
My wife already has two Pink Maxes - dont need any more here !

I was fortunate enough to find a box of goodies from my youth several years back. Although no rockets were saved all of the instructions of kits I built were.

Thank you

Dewalt,

Hopefully, the PDF attached below will be helpful . . .

That was one of my childhood fleet. Maybe I should do an upscale sometime. Hmm....

Dewalt,

This is a decal re-drawn by Kurt Schachner hosted on my website, Ye Olde Rocket Shoppe. If you go to www.rocketshoppe.com you'll find a link for all of Kurt's Decals. You'll also find lots of other great info for BAR's located under Building Tips.

Scott

Scott- Many thanks for that link. My "want to build" projects just increased. "Der Dopple Max" is a must have !

I noticed your name "LTV Scout" any chance you would have a pattern or suggestions on recreating fins for a long forgotten Estes Buildup of the same ?

Unfortunately, I do not. That kit was one of those that had plastic molded pieces specific to that model.

Maybe if a bunch of people ask him nicely, John Boren will bring back the LTV Scout as a kit to Estes!

I too had the Viper as an EAC member in my youth. A few years back I did an upscale to use 18mm Engines. I purchased vinyl decals from Mark at Stickershock. I was very happy with them. I'd post a pic, but all my rockets stuff is in storage right now for a while.
