Here's a shot of my prototype going off of the rail.

It is a single stage rocket, and the lower half of the rocket is a flow through design, similar to the old Estes Ramjet. The first flight was done on a B6-4. The weight of the rocket in primer without a motor is 2.2 oz.

The prototype is flying with an Estes Bullpup nosecone. The kit will have a regular ogive balsa nose cone instead. As Kevin mentioned, this will be a limited run kit. We are only having 139 of them made, and they will be numbered.

Here is the final color scheme that will be on the header card. The yellow on the fins will actually be gold Monokote that will be provided in the kit.

One of the cool design features is that the launch lugs are mounted inside the BT60 tube, for a nice clean look. An 1/8" rod will rub slightly on the BT-55, but it launches fine.

Now in color!

The colors are Duplicolor Light Slate Metallic and Electron Blue Pearl over a black primer.

We're still taking orders, and remember, all orders after 31 January increase to $30 each.

Folks have asked about getting kits shipped to them, shipping is $7.50 for up to 2 kits in the same box. Please add that to your total when paying by check or paypal as found in the 1st post.

Now offering a package deal- one kit, one NARHAMS 50th Anniversary patch, plus 4 weeks of NARHAMS membership dues for $43, shipping included!

Here is a photo of a kit in the bag.
We couldn't have done this without FlisKits, so big thanks to Jim Fils!
