Nope--it's a bag of Estes parts kitted especially for Jim Flis for one of the early NEMROC convetions.

Yep. I contacted the seller (he also had a copyright violation in that original auction) and gave him the history of that kit. I kitted up 100 of them for NEMROC in 1991. Estes donated the parts and the bags. I did the design, instructions and packaging.
In fact, it was this design and kit that lead me to seriously consider starting a company as nearly everyone said that this kind of kit would really sell well. Everyone loved it The seller restarted the auction with the correct description and without the copyright issue. Thanks for the history Jim. I think that alone would drive the price of this kit. Sounds like a collectable bit of model rocket history......
Of course, my bid wasn't high enough to score it....
