Bill, that's a very likely possibility. We have also discussed the possibility of doing a kit in a couple of different sizes. (big evil grin) But right now we're working on getting the full-size one across the canyon first.

Cheers,

Talking

GH,

You'll be happy to know that we've completely redesigned the parachute compartment and release mechanisms. (No "leevers." Only ripcords.)

After the 1974 parachute failure, Bob Truax said, "If we'd done *one more test,* we'd have found out the parachute didn't work, and we could have corrected it."

That's why Scott Truax says that we're "correcting history" with this re-enactment.

I imagine some of the Knievel clan will be on hand, but I'm not sure which of them that would be.

Cheers,

After the Janet Jackson thing during the Super Bowl, You will probably never see another live T.V. show without at least a 10 second delay that has any risk factor involved.

That's a good point. A runaway bxxb is one thing, a runaway moob is a whole other!

This country has WAY too many PRUDES that are somehow offended by the human body.
I think these quakers and puritans would better serve the rest of us by just keeping their traps SHUT.

I am Quaker, Quakers don't care about that.

Puritans helped form this country . . .

Why not contact the original network that broadcast the Knievel Jump to "correct the record"?

Which one was it?

Seem to recall it was ABC.....maybe as part of their "Wide World of Sports" lineup; yes "...the thrill of victory...and the agony of defeat"...THAT show.

Does anyone know if ABC still has a sports show by that name any longer??
