I have the plans from Jimz, but the fin pattern does not include a scale or measurements to verify the size with. Would one of you be willing to share measurements?

What exactly to you need? Chord length? Fin span?

Anything. Printed out the fin scan from JimZ and want to verify that they are the right size. Length and width of the trim strip would work great.
