Thanks. I would have found them eventually, but you made me look!

If I were really brave I'd open up all of my (middle Raytown era) kits and see if there are decals hidden in there. But I don't want to risk messing up the headers and bags.

None of the kits I ordered in the 1980's had decals.

It was a Nova. The bottom is a 6" 1.13 tube then a sugar pine transision into .903 (cant remember length of this tube) and a .903 sugar pine nose cone. You could put a F7 in the lower tube if you did not put the 21MM engine tube in. I believe Lonnie would weight the nose a bit. Slept since then.

Don't bother opening those 80's kits, (at least early 80's kits) looking for decals. M ost did not have them.

Heh, I'm guilty of that, too. I was thinking FSI Eras, I don't recall that kit name?!

Default FSI Conversion kit Scan

Hey Stefan, you asked that I scan and post the plans for the RX-1 Mach-1 Thruster,
I will need to get my Daughter to help me to clean up the text as it did not scan well.
In the mean time here is a scan of the directions for the MC-2F Conversion kit for the Estes
Pershing Maxi Brut. I have the one for the Saturn V also but need to locate it.

Neal Sorry the site will not let me upload the plan it is to large

Neal: If you can't post them here, perhaps Ye Olde Rocket Plans would take them?

Scanning is tricky! I tried scanning the mimeographed (light purple) plans for an old Nova in B&W mode, and it came out awful. Scanning in "grey scale" captured the details much better.

I will need to check to see if I still have the directions for the Intrepid special motor set (2 x D20-P, F100-?, and three electric matches).

Neal,

Send the scans to me at scott at rocketshoppe dot com and I'll massage them so they can be uploaded here in this thread.
