If it is specifically the adaption of the Beakers glider to the Vashon cold power booster that you are interested in, then I worked from the original Beakers plan (from our View From ZENITH club newsletter, circa 1978) and from the plans for the Vashon X-13:

The original Beakers 2 works great with a pop pod on 1/2A motors, and works fine as a parasite glider on the side of any moderate-to-large sized rocket. For pop pod use with A motors, I'd beef up the fuselage somewhat from the original design. The fuselage also required beefing up for use on the X-13 booster (http://www.mindspring.com/~vashon/x13.html).

If you are just interested in flying the Beakers, a more modern version of the design was published in the Nov/Dec 1990 issue of American Spacemodeling. The model placed first in Team Division at NARAM-32. The plans for the Beakers 87 can be found here:
