Centuri BP Motors
What years did Centuri have "Enerjet" inked on their BP motors? The code on this particular motor is 20L4, so that would be April 20, 1981. I bought motors from them in the early 80's and don't remember them having Enerjet stamped on them.
I'm sure this motor was made at Estes, but I don't remember the timeline for the switchover either. |

Pretty much all the Centuri motors after 1978 were labeled Enerjet....I got into rocketry in 1977 and by 1979 they all had added the Enerjet moniker that used to be only on their composite line that stopped general availability in 1974.
