A Rocketeer's "Must Have"

My wife sent me this photo and I think it's really cool.

This would make for a great father day present. It would make my one hour commute to work alot more interesting as well.

What the....???

Are those helium balloons? I'll bet you could do 120 mph and no one would pull you over seeing you trying to outrun those "seekers".
