We would need to see the letter from the CSFM to see if they classified all the delay times or only some of the delay times.

Since you feel that way about it work with Fred who spearheaded AB467 to legalise LMR for the first time, and get them to eliminate the motor classification scheme and rely on CAR/NAR/TRA/UKRA.

Nah. I just avoid that over-reaching mess of a state like the plague.
Still hoping the current EPA refuses the waiver to Cali for auto emission regulation.
That would cut off CARB at the knees. Without that they cannot regulate automobile pollution at all. The federal law on that is clear.

Fred I am probably telling you something you know well, but Kosdon was never complaint and flaunted it and still was not in an enforcement zone anybody can identify. The rule should be deprecated as not enforced and duplicative.
