I have a personal friend who got an Emmy on a Roddenberry new series.

A true icon of Sci-Fi!

Sometimes when an older beloved actor departs I think "sad but not sorry, he had a good run and gave us lots of entertainment."

But Nimoy was more than a retired actor. He wrote, photographed, directed, and commented. A wise old guy who was still contributing, still involved. His second to last "Tweet" was a poem that ended:

"The miracle is this: the more we share the more we have."
