Thanks for double checking that Earl.
If I'm not mistaken that would make the fin span 2.1" also, and the tip edge *just* under 1" (.9975"). I'm working this out based on the math (2.5"/100=2.1"/x ; x=84). Quote:
I'm presuming you're referring to the Nike Smoke kit. I didn't see any mention of the various lengths in that .pdf. However, there was scan (with ruler) that I was able to print and measure. EnerJet Nike Ram (according to Earl, and its .pdf) is: Fin Root: 2 1/10" Fin Span: 2 1/10" (ungiven, presumably) Tip Edge: .9975" (ungiven, presumably) Centuri Nike Smoke (accord to downloaded .pdf file, printed and measured) is Fin Root: 2 1/2" Fin Span: 2 1/2" Tip Edge 1 3/16" Leading/Trailing Edge: ~2 19/32" Right? All The Best! Jim

Just checked the fin span on the Nike Ram (and hence Hornet) and it is closer to 2.2 inches, but just shy....say about 2.18 or so. It's not much, but definitely more than 2.1 inches.
Fin span on the Nike Smoke fin is 2.5 as you had listed. Earl

Hey Jim, I was referring to the Nike Ram. I'm not sure where I got the 2.1'' root/span measurement (like I said, it was a while ago) , but according to Earl its' closer than the 2.5'' Nike Smoke fins that I have. S.
