A good winter project or a nice rocket glider to add to your build pile.

Well, I was just telling the truth. Guess that's some sort of unpardonable sin...

IMHO it's just dishonest to describe the Cosmos Mariner, which is probably one of *the* most disappointing kits Estes ever produced, as gliding in "gentle, soaring arcs" when it is a WELL KNOWN FACT that has been discussed many times over the years that it glides like a brick *IF* it glides at all and usually manages to auger in and end up in a shovel recovery.

Course, if you're just looking to unload it and don't care if you're taking advantage of someone else's ignorance on the subject, well, that's your right I guess...

You know, the Astron Invader has been described as a horrible glider. Mine flew and glided beautifully. Maybe at age 12 I was just an incredibly gifted modeler. Don’t believe every review you read. I do find it hard to believe Estes would have released it if it truly was a total disaster.

Finally, there are a couple people in this hobby that collect just to collect.
