Hi Dave, The pushbutton is a Switchcraft 101, the keyed switch is an Arrow-hart unit . The pilot light was made by DialCo (Red convex glass 3/4 mounting hole) The button and pilot light can sometimes be found on Ebay. The keyed switch is still available (search Arrow-Hart keyed switch). The pilot light is becoming difficult to find. John

Vey cool, John. I'm lucky enough to have an original that I bought off of Matt Steele a number of years ago.

I'd love to see plans.

For anyone who is interested, here is a copy of the instructions for the Centuri EP-612 Professional Firing Panel. The EP-612 instructions were graciously provided by Lee Piester. Thanks Lee!

There are many similar light assemblies on ebay, but very FEW have the correct lens.

The link to the Allied Electronics part and figure 8 in the PDF file shows a red faceted transparent lens (cap part number 081-0431-303) that might be a good replacement for the original, that can be easily purchased from Allied electronics. This should fit into the Lamp holder you are using.
