Took a little practice and I think I'll do better with my next set of decals, but it should look good on the away pad.

I wonder if we're related.
I've got my printer out as we speak, trying to recapture some lost skills. It appears they died with my old desktop.

Of course, now that I'm starting to run a little low, I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know if they changed labels?

Heaven forbid they should keep the name of this product constant for more than five minutes...

Preach.

Awesome. Now I'll know what to look for. Thanks!

Good read on things you can do with Future here.

Great article on Future. I bought some a few months ago and have brushed it on one of my models after applying decals. Worked great. Over on one of the FB rocketry groups, I mentioned I still use Krylon Matte Clear to restore a flat finish. The Tamiya Flat Base was recommended as a way to make Future have a matte or flat sheen. But I had no idea how much to add. This article gives mix ratios. I found the flat base, and I’m looking forward to trying it.

I spent the weekend pooping out decals like a semi-pro again. I should finish the Canaroc Green Hornet tomorrow, then I'm planning on another upscale set of Satellite Interceptor decals for the BT-55 version I built in 2001. Poor thing has been flying in a tighty-whitey paint scheme for 17 years.

I think I asked about this once (probably on TRF) and I didn't get a very positive response. I'll be very interested to hear your experiences. Using Future to get a satin or matte finish would be great.
