Question Cognis Aerospace

Looking for more information on the Australian model rocket manufacturer Cognis Aerospace. Apparently they sold their own designs locally, and also in the USA via Lawndart Rocketry.

Ye Olde Rocket plans has the plans for one kit here:

http://www.oldrocketplans.com/cog.htm

A very funky lunar lander. There were also other kits planned (delivered?), and details of them can be found on the EMRR site:

http://www.rocketreviews.com/review...nie_meanie.html

http://www.rocketreviews.com/reviews/oop/cog_gnat.html

http://www.rocketreviews.com/review...nar_lander.html

http://www.rocketreviews.com/review...g_repulsor.html

Does anyone know any more about them? Anyone have any kits or plans?

I have posted a parallel thread on the Australian Rocketry Forum hoping that some locals will have some information.

Fantastic that you have some other plans Scott. I can't wait to see them.

I'd like to increase the profile for model rocketry down here, and being able to talk about a 'local manufacturer' is just part of that.

You'll want to ask Dale Windsor that question. He does logon here from time to time so hopefuly he sees this. I don't recall what his screen name is.

Well, in looking at the member list, I see that there's a YORF member with the name "Dalewindsor". That might be him.

Nah, that's too obvious.

If you look at the Plans, I was the one that supplied the Plans.
Body Tube 93/8” X BT-50
Balsa Stock for Landing Pads ¼” x 3” x 12”
Cargo Pods 41/2” x BT-50

25 Wood Stringers 1/8” x ¼” x 6”

1 foam Crew Quarters is a 5” Styrofoam ball

I purchased 2 of their kits, The Cognis Lunar Lander, the LLV 201 and the Gnat. I sent both Plans to Scott so the Gnat should be posted someday in the Future.
Since their Kits have no decals I made up 2 sets of my own for the LLV 201 and someday plan on sending them to Tanga Papa to be produced.

What do you others thank, I used the drawings on the instuctions for Inspiration.
