For those of us who might also be interested in cloning this one, am I mistaken in thinking this is the same NC and nozzle piece that is currently found in the QCC Explorer?

Love my vintage original Dark Star - already thought of cloning that when I saw the cone / nozzle available
My original kit awaits repair from an RMS-24 D9 cato ( forward blowthrough , not sure who's fault ). scortched the motor mount and rear of BT, should be easily fixed if I take the time to make up pts and rebuild.... As for Hobby Lobby, unfortunately the one near me only ever has 2-3 rockets at MSRP, same with motors, the local Michaels has better stock ~ AL |
