Oh, ok...

I thought when they built the new visitor center they did away with the old rest area thing... I saw a hiking trail heading off in that general direction from the visitor center with all the "alligator" warning signs everywhere and figured they made you hike out to it. My bad...

We were in a pretty big hurry that day but took a few hours for the museum and bus tour...

My bus tour included an alligator sunning itself next to a storm drain.
We drove by too fast to take a photo.

On the way back to the facility, the tour driver made it a point to tell us about the LM and foot prints.
