I made my last order yesterday for supplies for rockets my grade 9 science students are building (and a Maxi-Micron for me). It was just about ten years ago that I placed my first Semroc order for parts for my after-school club. I mentioned that in the comments when I ordered, thanked Sheryl and Bruce , and wished them luck. Even with all that has happened, Sheryl sent me a personal thank you e-mail with a story about her years at Semroc. I strive to treat everyone as well as Carl, Sheryl, and Bruce have always treated all their customers.

Turns out my last order wasn't quite my last order either. I picked up some supplies and a couple of kits, the Astrobee 350 and Skyhook II, just because I'm not quite ready to let go of the Semroc experience yet. The Astrobee is in the paint booth. The Skyhook II is getting primed today. Then while moving some stuff around in the storage room I found an opened Firefly kit that had slid behind some of said stuff. It's dusty and opened, but complete.

I can't even remember what's in my last order. The box is sitting in the corner untouched, at least for now. I have enough on my plate (including a firefly and Tx firefly) to last.
Maybe one day, I will open it and remember what it was like the short time I was actually able to purchase from SemRoc. In the meantime, there is a Trident, Andromeda, Atlantis and Orbital Transport to finish.

I need to do another inventory to see if there are any "keystone" parts I need from Semroc. That is, parts I need to turn other parts into a rocket.
Example: I had a length of ST-20 tube, but no cone or adaptors, and a chunk of LT-225 with a home-turned cone but no centering rings. I THINK I've taken care of everything, but you never know.
