Wait 'til you see that one. The fins are going to be a work of art on their own. I was amazed at the size of the rocket. I always thought they were about 1/2 that size, but I also assumed the Taurus was huge when I got my first Centuri catalog as a kid.

Bill,
I have already cloned the Hustler (same as original Centuri non-TTW fin construction) using Semroc parts....the fins are HUGE !
I understand the Semroc kit has TTW fins, which are even better.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

The Semroc fins are also two or three piece fins with a very unique attachment technique. They fit together like puzzle pieces. Prepare to be impressed.

Yup, and it is SWEET! Wait till you see the fins. Carl used the laser to make an interlock design so the two pieces fit together perfectly, like a puzzle.

Paul,

It was greet to meet you and your buddy (Jaret?). I meant to track you two down and get a picture of you, but oh well.

(I dragged Paul and his friend out into the hallway outside the Vendors Room while I was waiting to interview Carl McLawhorn, and told the two of them "The REST of the Story" about my struggle to finally get a copy of the _Sport Rocketry_ issue [Jan./Feb. 2003] with my article spotlighting Lee and Centuri. In short, I had to call Hobby Benches #1 and 5, where I took the pictures for that article.)

Thanks, and cheers,

--Jay

Hey, make sure you put those NARCON pics online! If you don't have your own server space, get a free account over at www.webshots.com to post the pics.

So who's the "yahoo" in the tie-dye green shirt holding a piece of white paper way at the back of the room behind Scott Hansen?

(Okay, okay, it's me.)
