Default Shiny new iPad

My incredibly hot and tasteful wife bought me an iPad for Christmas. So far I've figured out how to play Scrabble on it, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any rocketry apps that might prove useful? I'm a stone-age guy with a flip phone, so this is pretty much uncharted territory for me.

Try Smart Launch. I think it costs a couple bucks.

There's also an Estes app. It's not one of my favorites but it's free.

You might want to load the NASA TV app on it too. I set it up on my desk with the space walk on it the other day so I could have the full screen of my computer and still be able to watch the walk. I had it going for 4 hours and the battery still had some life left in it.

How good are you at Scrabble? I'm looking for someone who won't beat me 90% of the time.

The Smartlaunch App is very useful at launches IMO. I also use the Ipowerrocket app, in particular the BP charge calculator as a double check for my DD flights. I would recomend both.

According to the stats, I'm 39% good, but I know some mighty big words. It's those ****ed QI, XI, and ZA's that get me a lot of the time.

I'm at an embarrassing 14%. I keep getting clobbered by words I'm positive my opponent can't use in a sentence.

According to Sheldon Cooper, a master's at MIT is a "trade school diploma".
