Default NARAM 59 - Who went?

Drat!
I wasn't able to attend this year. However this has helped: http://naramlive.com/

The Manufacturer's presentation showed some new goodies and the video of launches, etc.
has been entertaining. Thanks to Chris Taylor for NARAM Live!

Bob

I went for the weekend, and flew the Can-Am Cup and US team fly offs. I managed to get on the S2P team!

I wanted to due to it being only 1.5hrs from my home, but it coincided with my R/C Club Open House as well as another family trip.

Congraulations, Wolf!

Really fun flying with you and very much looking forward to flying with you in Poland next year!

I made the team, just barely, with my precision duration and altitude (S2P) model which is a modified Estes Partizon kit dressed up in Centuri Javelin roll pattern (photos below, thanks to Chris Taylor for his usual fantastic pics). Emma made the team in two events, streamer and altitude!

Event was very well run, my thanks to all.

Congratulations to you too, teamie! My second-place S2P model is a scratch-built rocket I developed over the past few months. It looks like nothing special at all. My second and third generation birds will have flashier plumage now that I have defined my mass budget very well.

The event was very intense and exciting for me. I slept for twelve hours once I got home I was so tired.

Congrats to those who made the team. I was there for the weekend but I spent all my time on the sport range. Managed to get 25 birds in the air and back on motors ranging from A8 to F50. Great time.

Default I made it, too!

Made it to the Sport Range for a few flights...even managed to lose my PSII E2X Mammoth into The Big Icky(tm) on a two-stage boosted flight. Ah, well, the rest of the event was great, and it was great to see so many of my fellow rocketeers there! Keep 'em flying!
