AT kits are a great way to get into mid-power. Tough construction, straight-forward build, and no epoxy or sanding required. I still occasionally build one. My only gripe has been addressed with the new engine retainers.

Is there a reason you don't fly with PARS? They fly just east of Peoria on SR 750 off of 116.

Yeah, I have been out with them one time a couple years ago. Great guys! I wanted to get out with them last launch season but each time I had the opportunity the launch got canceled. Gonna try and get out there again this season! It's tough since I have two boys playing basketball on the weekends plus wife and young daughter... they like to watch the launches. But, yeah, it's just been a time issue and weather related issue with getting out to launch with them. Bear is a good dude so I am going to try and get over there once the new year comes around. If I do, I'll post some photos for sure!
