Default More FeeBay silliness...

SO, I'm wasting time this morning on FeeBay, which I usually only do every couple months or so... I'm pretty PO'd that they eliminated the "price+shipping= cheapest first" option for sorting through the stupidity-- guess they WANT you mired in endless pages of crap looking for something you MIGHT buy...

Spotted this listing-- Too funny...

Has there been a buyout I'm not aware of?? LOL

An 18" long model for $152.00!

Really...you can make it yourself out of a wood closet rod.

OR, you could spend $275 BIN for a Pershing 1A kit that's already started, damaged, filthy, and smells like cat urine.

Yep... no end to it...

I just had to laugh that the SPACEX Falcon 1 is now being built by LOCKHEED MARTIN-- I see they still paint SPACEX down the side of the rocket in the original logo--

Takes "cloning" to a whole new level!!!! LOL

PS. I was mainly on FeeBay looking for an old Estes "cluster bomb" kit-- I need the nosecone from one for a kitbash/scratchie I'm thinking about doing... darn things NEVER seem to come up on there... (at least not when I happen to check anyway).

There was one on there that sold yesterday for about $20. I was watching it but forgot to bid before it sold. Oh well. Maybe next time...

There is loads of overpriced non-flying JUNK like that on ebay.
I would not pay $1.98 for that non-flying hardwood mess.
About the only value it has is as a very short club.

There was one a day or so ago that the guy painted the nosecone to look like a breast. It looked like he had run the thing over with a truck and had a blind on-armed monkey epoxy the fins bak on to. He had the nerve to ask 35 buck buy-it-now too.

The Pershing guy is smoking some serious crack. Even if it didn't smell like cat pee, I wouldn't give him that much for it...

I remember seeing one of those "precision hand carved wood models" of the Apollo spacecraft stack (CSM and LM), docked as if in transit to the moon....sorta.

The CM probe and drogue was stuffed up the LMs descent engine nozzle.

I thought I had a saved screenshot of the auction somewhere, but I can't find it at the moment...

Seller didn't seem to know there was anything wrong with it.
