Default What is this?

In the bottom lefdyt corner of this gentleman's picture is a cone that resembles a re-entry vehicle. Anyone identify this?

I beleive he is calling it a scratch built nuclear warhead.

About that warhead...As a former auto mechanic I know a wheel bearing when I see it.

So..........
You put a bearing cup in the body tube and you have a spinning cone for ablative purposes

Yes. It's a Timken bearing attached to a Christmas tree ornament--or possibly to a US Navy DC plug.
