I find it dangerous, sharp and frightening. Who will think of the children?

I preferred your unoffensive posts that actually were constitution focused. The document is all but dead when public officials regularly violate it despite their pledge. Their pledge has zero value these days.

We saw that in the ATF case and in Presidential politics. It is pervasive. See I brought it back to rockets.

You should too.

I find ANY restriction of my rights to own ANY firearm up to and INCLUDING Cannon and Fully Automatics with ANY magazine capacity and ownership of ANY amount of ammunition a clear-cut case of violation of my 2nd Amendment right. I don't support ANY regulation whatsoever of ANYTHING related to firearms NO MATTER WHAT THE STATED GOAL. The ENTIRE premise of the 2nd Amendment was written into the Constitution for the US citizens to be able to take on a tyrannical out-of-control federal gov't (like was the Royalty in England). I would argue that if the US citizens can't have it, the gov't and any law enFARCEmunt agency better not either.

I am not allowed behind the counter at Taco Bell, but the government is! My rights are trampled!

You are missing the entire point of the 2nd amendment. It is the ONLY amendment with any teeth that protects ALL the others.

...and, as far as I know, it is the only amendment to the ** ************ that clearly states its own necessity....the security of a FREE State.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled slumber.
