If you have an air compressor handy, I've had real good luck removing the nozzle after use and blowing it out with compressed air (my compressor runs around 100 psi, which is much higher than most rattle cans so it really cleans them out) - no need to use nasty chemicals to keep them cleaned out.
I also keep a number of old nozzles removed from empty's.
BTW, I've been able to get the old style Krylon from Globalindustrial.com - bad news is you need to buy it by the case and the shipping is cost is pretty high.
