Was there any date on the tooling? Maybe it was from the Interceptor G but they decided to go with Titan III-E parts instead.

just to 'add' to the mystery, I note that erockets/Semroc has a ramjet nose BNC-60BC listed. when I saw that my thought was upscale Bomarc.

I was thinking that as well, even though the profile is wrong, a bt-60 would be pretty close for a 2" or 2.6" bomarc ramjet pod.

I think the nosecone comes from the Starchaser Thunderstar.
Its just the cone without escape tower. |

Another example of the impressive rocketry knowledge found here. That's a big reason why I like this place so much, along with the people.
That Eagle 3 guy seems like a bit of a rabble rouser, though.
