Default Will Retro-Bertha outsell Recent-Bertha

Which Bertha will sell better, the new yellow, black, and red Retro-Bertha or the black and white most Recent-Bertha?

I'll take the Retro version anyday over the black and white one.

The New Estes Big Berthas is OK but my customer was just not satisfied with the new version of the "Puffy Letters". The font is a tiny bit different.

So in his request he included a request for a matching Puffy Letter set for the baby brother.

I like it! A LOT!

As soon as I figure out how I will add it on my web site.

I'm still learning.

Don't like either scheme.
Go back to the "Ranger-esque" scheme from the early 70's to early 80's and THEN you would have something.

I wonder if they didn't dismiss that one as being too easy to clone. That is, I would mainly buy a retro-Bertha because of its retro-decal - the rest of the parts - the tubes, cones, etc - I have in my stash. I don't need to buy a kit to build the "Ranger-esque" version.

Conversely, I don't really need to buy this kit either - I can get all sorts of retro-decals from Sandman or Tango Papa - but it's the packaging of the kit AND the decals which makes it marketable - makes it appealing and worth the price - to many of us old far...er...rocketeers (in my opinion).

More important qustion would be "Where will you lose your retro-Bertha?"

There is only one correct answer.

close, but think a bit lower and use "retro-" in the correct response.

And remember, you're not on TRF.
