Is it some sort of internal control not to post a photo of a flight model, or is it you saying I don't feel like it? Lots of "end users" post models in process of being worked on. IN this case it is a product being worked on, but the concept is similar. Anyway I encourage you to post photos of flight painted models that themselves are not some sort of secret.

The fact you post here at all seems very well appreciated indeed.

No it's a personal thing. If it doesn't look good I'm not going to show it.

So you'll start putting decals in the Pro Series II at high cost? Sandman will do it for $20 something dollars per kit. That would almost double the retail price with margin.

Can I assume this is suppose to be a funny post since it has nothing to do with what I was talking about!

I didn't even know that Estes posts the instructions online before the model is available to purchase. You can see lots of the build details in the instructions.

Later this year when the BSV comes out," I am just using its initials” hopefully the instruction will be on line as well since I’m pretty sure all the details won’t show up on this when as well. I’m pretty sure most of you are going to like this model a lot.

Yes. Well marked for clarity. That launch photo of the model is really nice. I am wondering if the "stringers" which is what I am calling the thin leading edges, tend to crack from landings. The "drag scoop" (* published in AIR-4 Ace Fugue Shroud Construction 1984) makes this one a "motor waster". I am guessing it also considerably shortens the recommended delay. On the beneficial side it makes the required field smaller per power.

The instructions are interesting in that they have the "Enerjet glue bottle" and are almost entirely visual.

Jerry

I really like the view from below during boost thing lately:

Kinda wondered about the "drag scoop" thingy myself. Definite sacrifice of performance over style. Looks like a pretty fun bird to build. Should look quite impressive when complete.

This is the same thing everyone was saying about the intakes on the QCC Explorer and that model goes plenty hi on D and E motors.

That scoop on the top doesn't make this a motor waster, it make it COOOOOL.
