Yup, I like your launch threads as well.

Nice variety of rockets for a pleasant outing. I get what you're saying about the Der V-1.5. Mine's kinda like, well—very milk carton-ish.

A red, blue, yellow and green fin with a black NC and the same colors darted were what I originally envisioned. Just to get a rocket finished, I did the face card paint. It's not bad, but not particularly coloful, either. Plainest rocket I have. Looking forward to getting some smoke in it.

How long were you out there? The sun is significantly different between the first and last pictures.

Please unload your question before you ask it unless you have a concealed harry permit.

: countdown begin cr dup . 1- ?dup 0= until cr ." Launch!" cr ;

Give a man a rocket and he will fly for a day; teach him to build and he will spend the rest of his days sanding...

Almost two hours, but I changed camera positions a couple of times. There was also a delay due to the death of my 10 year veteran Quest launcher. I thought I had a dead 9-volt and went to swap it out with one of the fresh ones I keep in the range box. I pulled one of the connectors off of the pad, then lost it when it popped out of the battery and fell on the ground. The only other launcher in the box was a new Estes launcher, but that uses 4 AA batteries, so I headed up to the gas station up the street. We were back online in fifteen minutes at most.
Bummed about the Quest launcher. Wish I knew how many launches it handled.
