Yeah, my old Centuri Saturn V had a bottle in the kit but it was dried-up by the time I got the courage to build it (30+ years after getting it )

Same with my Centuri 1/100 scale Saturn - V; when I finally got around to building it in 2007, the bottle of contact cement was all dried up, but I bought a "new" one from Home Depot and it worked great.
