I for one like that Luke keeps the fact in the forefront these folks engage in SCAM ARTIST CROOK behavior so others don't fall for their crapola in the future.
KEEP IT UP !!!!!
Whether it was legal or not under U.S. Bankruptcy laws, it is still WRONG and deplorable behavior.
Thankfully I only bought issues in bookstores. Their inexcusable delays of publication of monthly issues, combining monthly issues in an unplanned "on the fly" manner and other numerous shady warning signs prevented me from subscribing THANKFULLY.
Great magazine, lousy management/ownership.

ALWAYS Under-Promise and Over-Deliver, NEVER the opposite !!!

I thought they went away some time ago. I know I subscribed at one time and thought they went to a web format? Extreme Rocketry got me for 2 years. The only one that left with dignity was Rockets Magazine. They fulfilled what was owed to me with DVDs and the free E magazine subscription that I download and read at work on my phone.
