By "card" you mean "beer", don't you? This guy would never buy his own beer again if he was my friend.

Saros parts
Not sure, but the three white plastic parts............. nose cone, adapter and fin can..............all look to be parts from an Astron Saros.

I had an Electro Launch, and I also lost the metal key. From that point on, I used a paper clip that I had unbent... It worked....

Nice haul, Bill! Geez, with so much stuff, doubt you'll have time to fully evaluate that Cineroc. It would likely eat up the majority of your time that you could be spending with those other items anyway. As a fellow YORF'er, I'd be glad (heck, darn happy!) to take that distraction off your hands! Seriously, good selection of items there! I'm sure they have found a good home now. BTW, just how good a friend was this? Can you define the terms of 'got' from your original statement above?? Earl

Would that we all had friends like that! I guess what the say is true: one man's trash truly is another man's treasure. And those certainly are some treasures. I do truly suspect he was passing them on to someone who he thought would most appreciate them. Are the kits fairly well complete, in particular the boxed items like the Mars Lander and Cineroc? Post some more pics of some of the kit contents of those, if you get a convenient opportunity. Congrats on a good catch! Earl

Goog Grief !
If that Trident is un-opened it is worth a LOT of $$$. The green skill-level header card Trident was around much shorter than the other variants. It should go for well over $300, if you sell it. The Mars Lander was actually produced by the boatload, and prices of those have dropped a LOT since the Semroc kit has been available. I actually remember Circus World Toys in my area selling off shelves and shelves of Mars Lander kits for around $8/each in the late 80's/early 90's.
