Hehe.....I bought a bunch of decals from Phred two, maybe three, years ago. They're in an envelope in my "rocket desk"

I just noticed this thread.. I built an Astron Delta with Camroc back in late 60's / early 70's.

Only problem was that I never had a field large enough where I thought I would get it back.

So I still have it and a pack of B14-0's for the booster and a pack of B14-6's for the upper stage.

Those B14's are absolutely useless. I see you live in Massachusetts. I live in Florida. If you would like me to dispose of them, I'll jump in my truck and head straight to your front door to get rid of them for you. It's only a little over 20 hours of driving. Just say the word. I'm packing an overnight bag just in case you call.

Anybody know where one could find the bottom piece of the CamRoc?
The part on the far right.

I'm sure BMS could make a balsa equivalent, but you're not going to find pieces parts unless someone has an extra one stuffed away, or pranged everything but that piece.

Same for me -- had a Delta, but never the Camroc. And mine is no doubt returned to its elements in some field or possibly landfill!

Would be fun to rip apart a digital camera and bury it in a Camroc-style payload compartment.

Pay no attention to STRMan. I live in Colorado, and so those motors should be returned to the state of their birth, for proper services, and not merely "disposal" services.

I eagerly await your reply ...

I never said "mere disposal services". I have a boat. I swear I will take the spent casings, err.... I mean take them as they are, and give them a proper burial at sea, with full honors.

I intended to fly the Delta/Camroc on the B14's last year but every time I brought it with me, it was windy as heck. I imagine with those huge fins, it would weathercock badly so I never got the chance.

I didn't bring it with me the last 2 launches and we had very light winds both times.

I wonder if the Delta is causing the windy weather.
