No need to duck and cover - just curious is all. If this had been your common or garden ebay transaction then I would have just written it off. The fact that there was some communication, coupled with the fact that there is a new kit posted on the website with what appears to be Hawaiian palms (as opposed to the view out of the driveway in Glendale from previous pictures) tends to be consistent with the stated move to Hawaii, so one assumes that he is indeed continuing to provide new kits.

Don't want to bash, just curious if I am alone in the wilderness of in the midst of a maddened crowd. Misery after all loves company.

On a sleuthing note I did Google Earth (or was it Bing?) and comfirmed the previous address in Glendale from the view of the community center and the three very uniquely arranged palms trees in the background of the Saturn V launch tower.

Red Arrow is a first class business. They're on my A-list of retailers.

Not wanting to presume on this, but I wonder if Red Arrow Hobbies has also bought CJS Aviation debt? I consider myself to be one of possibly several with a claim on Sheri - my perference would be the Saturn 1B, but the $204.20 would be nice too.

Either way it is nice to see that the kit production will continue. I have built two of the MR, one of the LJII QTV, and I am sitting on a Mercury Atlas - as well as a Saturn 1B I suppose.

I have dealt with Dave at Red Arrow and he seems to be a real stand-up guy. My guess is if you call or email he can tell you the status. At least you will know where you stand.

Dave is part of my NAR group and when he told us he had bought Sheri's Hot Rockets I asked about all the folks out there who hadn't received product.

He indicated what he bought was the rights to produce the kits and that he was not buying her liabilities. He said he was concerned about the people she owed kits or money to but that he hopes they understand they will still have to deal with Sheri to resolve those problems.

Unfortunately I think it means those folks are now even less likely to get any relief from her.

Yes, well. One attempts to keep a strong positive outlook on things such as this - I suppose it would be beyond the realm of possibility to ask if there is any valid means of communicating with Sheri in light of the demise and sale? Just to say hello again.

Maybe folks should arrange a group "vacation" to Hawaii.

So, how do you think she was able to move to the 50th State?
